6-Week Coaching Container

  • 4 virtual coaching sessions (details below)

  • 6-week journal with weekly themes

  • Personalized calendar with goal-setting to-do list

  • Email support between sessions as needed

Session 1: LEARN 

60 minutes​

  • Extensive container overview backed by scientific research on mindfulness practices

  • Initial wellbeing/lifestyle assessment, allowing us to track improvement over the course of the 6 weeks

Session 2: PLAN

60 minutes

  • Personalized goal-setting session to generate a specific action plan to achieve your intentions over the next 5 weeks.

Session 3: REFINE

30 minutes

  • Check in on goals, which might result in establishing new goals or troubleshooting barriers to success on current goals.

​

Session 4: REFLECT

60 minutes

  • Re-assessment of well-being/lifestyle factors + reflecting on key shifts and how to maintain them after our coaching container ends.​​​

If you've already completed a 6-week protocol with me in the past, you might feel confident achieving your goals with less coaching than before.

 

In this case, you can choose to do another protocol with two 30-minute sessions: one at the beginning of the protocol to identify your goals and action plan and one at the end of the protocol to reflect on your experience. This approach costs $200.
