Coaching Specialties 

I offer coaching in three concentrations.

Women's Body-Mind-Spirit

A compassionate, mindfulness-based approach to achieving specific female health goals, while learning to love yourself in the process. I have extensive experience supporting recovery from disordered eating and exercise addiction.

Intention-Based Transformation

A 6-week coaching container designed to support a range of intentions from emotional regulation to self-awareness, cognitive function, physical goals, creativity, and relationships.

Spirituality

A container focused on mindfulness and spiritual inquiry. This is not a religious approach. Rather, it's an exploration of what feels true and wholesome for you personally to live a life of purpose and connection to something greater than yourself, whether that's the Universe, Nature, or God.
